Yes, we know that is a generalisation but given our damp, humid and rainy weather it seems fair to say that many of us suffer from frizzy fuzzy hair and unruly curls that need DISCIPLINE.

Prevention:
Reduced HEAT DAMAGE = REDUCED FRIZZ. Too much hot air and heated plates focused directly on your hair will dry it out and encourage the frizz effects. Sometimes it is a good idea to let your hair air-dry 90 percent of the way and then use a dryer on it for the last 10 percent to give your hair a break. A heat protection product is a must and a vital part of any healthy hair care routine.
